Simply Grilling

Simply Grilling by Jennifer Chandler is a nice recipe book that should be added to any collection. She even helps those who may not have a grill by having many of her recipes available for indoor cooking with a grill pan. From appetizers to desserts she covers all the bases. There are different sections for the meats and she even suggests what sides go along with the main course. There is a full color picture of each recipe as well.

The book starts out with a grilling 101 section to help those who don’t know much about grilling but to also help those who think they may know about grilling. Some of the recipes are made inside and some of them have you inside and outside at the same time, but they compliment the grill recipes very nicely.

This is a book I will keep on hand and refer to each and every time I am interested in grilling. No matter the season with this little book you can grill anytime!
